XIX century, when the Russian Orthodox representative P. Kafarov copies the scripture of the Manchu imperial palace li­brary and delivered it to researchers around the Western. It was the "Secret History of the Mongols" written in Mongolian language, phonetically in Chinese. Since that time, "The Secret History of the Mongols" study begins, many eminent scholars starting their mag­nificent creatures as showing their intellectual speculation. Today the study of "The Secret History of the Mongols" is developed until becoming one of the research priority in the World Mongols study. One specific fact is, during the 131st conference of UNESCO Execu­tive board which was held in Paris on 20 June 1989 one decree was submitted to celebrate the 750th anniversary of "Secret History of the Mongols" in international scope. Also there is a number of "Se­cret History of the Mongols" studies were published, International conference and fairs were organized, The Memorial Monument was established in Khuduu Aral of Kherlen, the place where the me­morial script was created.

Today "The Secret History of the Mongols" became one part of the intellectual property and available for 28 countries of the world and has been already translated into 22 languages such as english, bulgarian, buryat, german, Spanish, italian, kazakh, major, marathi, mongolian, russian, persian, polish, korean, tuvan, french, kalmyk, Chinese, czech, esperanto and Japanese. The great creation "Secret History of the Mongols" was made 180 duplicate publication.

Young artist Battsengel's creation "The Secret history of the Mongols-Popular Edition" is being published now. This scripture is more significant as providing opportunities to showing the ancient Mongolians were living in higher culture and same economy level to other nations, clothes and luxury possessions for some people who had thought of our history events and past history were "ignorant and wild". Further this will certainly become the model source to get an idea for the people who want to create historical artistic creation.

In some artistic creations such as domestic and foreign films and plays, they have been shown ancient Mongols were worn raw hides, skins and wool, dressed in rags, hooked swords, brutal and cruel form of rude people. But in this "Secret History of the Mongols-Popular edition" historical people's face, stature, clothes and possessions are depicted more closer to real life as possible and be able to show convincing. On the other hand, this creation is delivering the true information and knowledge based on historical scripture, archeological facts and scientist's suggestion.
